Bohol has so much to offer, it has white sand beaches, magnificent falls, rich culture. There are so many beautiful places and destinations in this province that you can actually spend an entire week packed with crazy adventures.

Here I list down the top places in Bohol that you shouldn’t miss when you are in the province. We toured and went around Bohol in motorbikes which made it more exciting.

  1. Chocolate Hills

Location: Carmen Bohol

Budget: P50 entrance fee

Operating Hours: 8AM – 11:30

Bohol is almost synonymous to Chocolate Hills, and for all good reasons. There are at least 1,260 hills, they are covered in green grass but turns brown during the dry season.

2. Philippine Tarsier and Wildlife Sanctuary

Budget: P60 entrance fee

Operating Hours: 9AM – 4PM

Tarsiers are the most adorable and cutest with giant eyes. The Philippine Tarsier is one of the smallest primates on Earth and is now considered an endangered specie. Tarsiers are also known to be suicidal so it is important not to stressed them out when you visit them in Bohol.

3. Sipatan Twin Hanging Bridge

Location: Loboc Bohol

Budget: P25 entrance fee

Operating Hours: 8AM – 5PM

4. Panglao Island

Location: Panglao Island, Bohol

Budget: Free, but we went on a day trip to Hennan Beach Resort which costs us P1,275 with sumptuous lunch buffet

5. Baclayon Church

Location: Baclayon, Bohol

Budget: Free, P50 (Baclayon Museum)

Operating Hours: 10AM – 4PM

La Purisima Concepcion de la Virgen Maria Parish Church, commonly known as Baclayon Church is the oldest coral stone church in the region.

6. Bohol Bee Farm

Location: Dao Panglao Island, Bohol

Budget: Free

Operating Hours: 6AM – 12MN
